It was late and on a weekend and finding an available room at another hotel was impossible so we left on a hunt in a city we were not familiar with to go and find a store that offered prepaid credit cards to put the cash on in order to check into the harrahs hotel. I literally had to leave the property in order to go to a store and get a.prepaid credit card in order to stay there. He was more rude and unaccomdating than the clerk.
I didn't have a credit card on me so I asked to speak with manager. On a previous trip I tried to put up the deposit in cash, and was informed they would not accept cash. Thought I would give then another chance. I previously visited the Gulf Coast harrahs a a gold club member and was very disappointed with the front desk service and management on a previous visit. I have been a.lifelong harrahs customer and have stayed at properties owned or managed by harrahs in cities of Las Vegas shreveport new Orleans etc.
